I have a simple to-do list for you to accomplish today with your children:

  • Ignore your other to-do lists for a bit
  • Go outside
  • Be still
  • Listen
  • Listen to the wind, birds, crickets, rain
  • Listen to the sounds of summer
  • Be still
  • Listen
  • Relax
